Audit "In Progress"
When a audit is “In Progress” or "Checked Out" no one can reuse or access this work order.
But a problem can occur if a user does not stop or complete the service sign off process within the WIFI area, the work order stays “In Progress” or "Checked Out" and no one can access it.
A way to change this status is to go into the “In Progress” or "Checked Out" work order and click on the “Reset Service/Audit” button.
In doing this you risk the chance of losing data since the last time it sync'd. As for the checked out audit, no data will be recovered.
– Check the service report to see when that was as there will be information captured at the last time it sync’d to the database
Checked Out Audit
A checked out audit is downloaded to the device and generally off line in a non WIFI area.
It is up to the user to ensure that the audit is checked back in when they return to WIFI coverage.
There is no way to recover this information without the user logging into the same device and checking it back in.
Audit List Reports
In the top right of the audit list screen is the option to download the details on the screen as a PDF or as an excel spreadsheet. Click on the print button to expose these options.
