Purpose:
The purpose of notice boards is to share general information to the people in the field for them to review at their leisure.
This information can be viewed from the web application or from the iPad application.
The screens in this explanation presentation are what you will see across all of our applications. The methods and actions are the same, just a different brand maybe shown.
Notice Boards
Click on the Notice Board icon to see the list.
Click on the link to open.
Add a New Notice Board
Click on "Add New" button
Fill in the information and upload or drag and drop the file into the field.
Edit or Delete a Notice Board
Click on the three blue dots to the right of the Notice Board you wish to edit or delete.
Make the changes and save.
View History
Click on the history icon top right of the screen to see what changes were made by whom.
