SAP - Asset Register

We have the ability to present a SAP Asset Register structure throughout the application.

To begin you need to activate the SAP Rule. This will trigger a number of functions across the site applications.

Select site settings in the side menu.

This will active the following changes to the screens.

Site Asset Register

Functional location can not be duplicated. System will not allow.

Models

When adding an asset the functional location will now be present to ensure you have the correct asset.

    Asset based application

    Facility based application

Stage and Area filter for tasks

At task level

To view the full asset register, delete the contents in the search bar.

Services/Jobs Screens

Registering a service/job and adding a new asset will present the functional location on the dropdown view.
