Purpose:
To enable site to edit or view settings that have been applied specific to the site.

Note:
Depending on your policy group that has been assigned to the user will determine if they can view or edit this section of the application.
Process:
1. View Details
Hover over Settings in left side panel to expose Site Settings.
Click on Site Settings to access details screen.
Users with edit privileges (generally a site administrator) will be able to make changes to the details and make an application active or inactive. Making changes to this screen can impact the site operation if performed.
Adding an application to site is available, only if these applications have been approved from the Client level of the application.
2. Add Assets
Click on Asset tab across the top to open the asset register.
You can upload a unit number list or you can add one at a time
Open the edit box of a unit number to add more specific content if required for future analytics or connection to the ERP
4. Edit, delete or see report
Click on three blue dots to the right of the asset.
Select the option you wish to use.
Tasks where serial number/asset is used is a feature to enable you to ask this type of question and receive a report in a PDF format. This is helpful to determine if the specific task has been asked in other models so that it can be optimised and not doubled up.
5. Add/Edit Departments
View department list or add a new department
Department is important through out the application. It is used for many purposes through out and is important to have correct.
Note: Headings might be different for your site or applications. Eg Branch might be location. Department might be Accountable Area. This is determined in Application Settings/Custom Captions. Assets as Unit Numbers.
