Purpose:
The purpose of the Client Admin Mode is to structure the company access within the different levels of EMI3 as shown in the next slide.
Mode:
Limited access privileges granted for these screens
– Only users assigned as “Client Administrator”
- Only EMI and an assigned Client Administrator can enable permission setting
If you don’t see this green button, you have not been assigned as a Client Administrator
Global, Scalable Structure:
Details:
The following inputs can be viewed or edited by the Client Admin person
Client details
– Company logo
– License Strategy - not editable
– Add new regions and sites
– Approved Applications
– Key Contact List
– Client Documents
– Notes
Drill into site hyperlinks to access more information specific to the site.
Users:
Client Admin can add new users or edit existing users to access multiple sites and applications
Click on username to make a user “Client Administrator”
It is important to control who has access to this area of the application as it opens up a lot of control that could impact the business operation.
On the user list screen it will show who has been assigned as a Client Administrator.
User - Sites:
Assign user to the site department and make site active to this user.
Assign user to application/s by selecting the policy group assigned and make application active.
Model Access:
To enable the user to access content on the iPad, you need to assign the user to a site/application

– Models
Untick a model if user is not to see perform duties within the model
