If you find that the app shuts down each time you stop and sign off on a service/inspection or when you complete and sync do the following to rectify. Note this is not common but could occur on occasions if there is a temporary glitch with the iPad application.
- Delete the EMI3 app from your iPad.
- Re-download it from the App Store.
- Test the same scenario to see if the issue persists, ensure the iPad version is to the latest version available.
- If this does not rectify, please submit a ticket.
