App shutdown when stopping or completing service

If you find that the app shuts down each time you stop and sign off on a service/inspection or when you complete and sync do the following to rectify. Note this is not common but could occur on occasions if there is a temporary glitch with the iPad application.


  1. Delete the EMI3 app from your iPad.
  2. Re-download it from the App Store.
  3. Test the same scenario to see if the issue persists, ensure the iPad version is to the latest version available.
  4. If this does not rectify, please submit a ticket.
