Job "In Progress"

When a job is “In Progress” no one can reuse or access this work order.

But a problem can occur if a user does not stop or complete the service sign off process within the WIFI area, the work order stays “In Progress” and no one can access it.

A way to change this status is to go into the In Progress work order and click on the “Reset Service/Job” button.

In doing this you risk the chance of losing data since the last time it sync'd.

    – Check the service report to see when that was as there will be information captured at the last time it sync’d to the database

Checked Out Job

A checked out job is downloaded to the device and generally off line in a non WIFI area.

It is up to the user to ensure that the job is checked back in when they return to WIFI coverage.

There is no way to recover this information without the user logging into the same device and checking it back in.
