Current Situation: 

Reports are not scheduled for reoccurring email on a set day/time.

Overview

All applications have the ability to schedule a report to yourself on a set day and time. This can be multiple times of the week at the same time.

You can edit this report in your user profile section of the application.

NOTE: Select the filters to present the content that you wish to capture for this report feature.

What the filters are set at will always be applied with this new feature.


Access feature from any report icon

Select the report and define the frequency, days (if weekly is set) and time.

 

Check your email is correct your you can send to another email address by replacing the default email address.

You can test the email process by sending a copy now as a test via the link at the bottom right of the screen.

Notification will popup to show that the report schedule has been created when you have clicked on Subscribed button.

To edit the report schedule or to see it has been subscribed to your account, open your user account via the icon forth from the bottom of the menu side bar.

Click on the edit button to open the schedule panel to make the changes

You can switch off the email and the subscription feature from this page.

 

The delete of the report option is also available in the bottom right corner of the panel.

Additionally, there is a time zone in UTC time added to enable this feature to work.

 

You have the option to change this time zone.
