Purpose
To have a central location to share graphical reports from data being collected and presented for the application.

Defects
•Defects by Type

Enables the person to select from the list to present the specific data being requested.
Select the various filters for the options available.
To view actual data based on the selection, click on the Show Data button to take you to the Defects screen.
If you wish, you can produce a PDF report of the content on the screen by selecting the Report button feature.
Missing Parts and Tools by Reason
Provides a view of the top reasons as a Pareto graph to understand potential areas of focus for future improvements and change.
Overdue Services
A pie chart of the outstanding services by role.
Drill into the pie to view which models are most impacting.
Planned Work Compliance
A pie chart graphic showing areas to be aware of that maybe of concern around the compliance of planned work.
Drill into the pie to present the roles that make up the total of the chart selected.
Service Pause Reasons
A combination chart showing the total number of reasons along with the average minutes per pause.
This is a good representation of the impacts both on time lost and the number of occurrences to put some change or solutions in place to reduce these to increase time on the job.
Drill into the bar to see which models most impacting. Drill into the model to see the assets the pause occurred to.
Service Skipped Task Reasons

This may help address determine solutions to reduce the number of skipped reasons and to the service is completed.
Service Status Change Reasons

Condition Monitoring
Select the model and questions to view the results presented data collected across all asset numbers. Or filter down to individual assets.
Where there is an icon with an ! Indicates that a defect was trigger from this value. Hover over it to see more and clicking on it will take you to the reported defect.
Completed vs Outstanding Defects
View the line graph to see the number of closed to outstanding defects per day.
More defects rectified and status changed to Completed will improve the asset reliability.
Click on the dot to present the that the defects were reported too.
Service Average Times
View the bar chart to see the average actual times vs the estimated times for each stage, zone and task. Select your required filters. Click on the bar to drill down to these next levels.
This will be useful to see which tasks times can been changed or reviewed to improve the process.
