Purpose
To enable a transparent, circular communication solution for the in-field users to present their ideas for improvement to the process or content, direct from the iPad.
iPad Application
The in-field user can present a feedback option to their Supervisor by selecting the menu button/feedback button.
End user to complete the required fields to complete the feedback process.
Photos can be added to the feedback from the iPad.
Users should select the Supervisor from the Policy Group which will provide a list of Supervisors in the Assign to User field.
Web Application
User can add a feedback from the web application by clicking on the feedback button in the side panel menu and click on Add New top right of screen.
Complete the fields to submit the feedback request.
Images and notes can be added once the first screen has been completed.

Communication
An email will be sent from EMI3 to the person that has been assigned to the feedback request.
The originator will receive an email from EMI3 when updates to the feedback status or reassignment of the feedback has been posted.
