Click on the enable box for it to appear when the user logs into the iPad application.

A key user can make the application in active with the toggle in the top right of the screen.

This will switch everyone off being able to see the application. This could be a serious situation if done without the authorisation to do so.

Tabs

Clicking on the top tabs presents a dropdown list of menu options.

Click on these to edit or add new elements to the application specific to the sites needs.

Policy Group

Policy group is an import feature that needs some consideration when setting up the application to the site.

This defines what positions within the company can perform or see certain functions and  features within the application.

Add or editing a policy group can be achieved by clicking on the add new button top right of screen.

Custom Captions

Custom captions is a feature that enables you to define specific fields a site term that everyone relates too.

This is to align the application to the site-based terminology or even language.

Both the singular and plural fields need to be completed.

The standard caption is the initial standard default setting the application is released at.

EMI may choose to change this standard caption at times, but it will not affect your settings.

There are some screens that require a default setting to be defined
