Menu - Settings
From the menu list click on settings – site settings.
If you cannot see settings, you do not have access rights under the position you’re assigned to in the user policy group.
Details
Site details outlines critical elements of the site, licenses and key contacts.
Also applications are added or made inactive on this screen.
Only applications that have been approved from the company level can be added.
Assets
You can upload an asset number list or you can add one at a time.
This and at the actual model is the only location to add an asset number.
Open the edit box of a serial number to add more specific content if required for future analytics or connection to the ERP.
Departments
View department list or add a new department.
Department is important throughout the application. It is used for many purposes throughout and is important to have correct.
